Kickboxing

Big energy, little gloves. Our 4–6 class is where it all starts — a fun, structured 30 minutes built to burn off that after-kindy energy while quietly teaching your tamariki some seriously good life skills.
We keep it simple and hands-on. Kids learn to listen, follow instructions, take turns, and give things a proper go — all wrapped up in games, pad work, and plenty of laughs. It's less “sit still and be quiet” and more “let's move, learn, and have a mean time doing it.”
Our coaches know how to work with little ones. Every class is high-energy but controlled, so your child builds confidence, coordination, and focus without even realising they're learning. Shy kids come out of their shell. Busy kids find a place to channel it. Win-win.
As they grow, so does their journey with us. Kids work their way up through our glove grading system — starting on white and earning their way toward black, one milestone at a time. Every grading is something to be proud of, and it gives them a real goal to chase and a moment to celebrate how far they've come.
When they're ready, they graduate up into our 7–12 class — a natural next step where the skills get sharper, the challenges get bigger, and they keep climbing the ranks alongside their mates. It's built to grow with your child, so they've always got somewhere to head next.
No experience needed, no pressure — just a welcoming space where your kid gets to be part of the team from day one.

“My two boys absolutely love OKB! Most mornings start with one of them asking if it's kickboxing today. The coaches are awesome — always full of energy, encouraging and great with the kids. My boys always come home buzzing after class. Highly recommend!”
